We refuse unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses posted on this site using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices, and please keep in mind that any violation of this will be subject to criminal punishment under the Information and Communications Network Act. I hope.
Article 50-2 of the Information and Communications Network Act (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses, etc.)
- No one may collect e-mail addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from an Internet homepage that expresses a refusal to collect e-mail addresses.
- No one may sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph 1.
- Anyone who knows that the collection, sale and distribution of an e-mail address is prohibited under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not use it to transmit information.
In case of violation, a fine not exceeding 10 million won
